Background
Genser was started in 1997 at Bangalore, India by aerospace experts with the objective of connecting Indian Aerospace Industry to the global aerospace. It started its operations with aircraft documentation, consulting & sourcing for aerospace companies. Today, it has grown into a niche service provider and consulting organization for aerospace industry covering the entire aviation/aerospace life cycle: Design, Manufacturing & Aviation Services.
The core team consists of professionals each with 2-3 decades of experience; who have been thought leaders and prime movers in aviation and aerospace organizations, in India and abroad. GENSER’s present and past clients include Accord, Bharat Forge,Bosch, Cablex, Curtiss Wright, E2S Suppliers of Airbus, Indian DRDO, Liebherr- Aerospace Lindenberg GmbH, LORD Aerospace, HAL, Hamilton Sundstrand, Pratt & Whitney (Canada), Mahindra, NAL, Sundaram Clayton, State of Victoria (Australia), Titan, UKTI(Govt of UK), Wipro and the Indian region Airlines & aircraft operators.

- Developing Manufacturing Supply Chains for global OEMs : chain spreading across many Indian cities & USA.
- Delivering upto 500 aircraft sets of actuator gears per annum to single aisle European aircraft programme through specifically developed supply chain.
- Supply of quality test specimens for special processes.
- Assisting in transforming companies from non-aerospace to aerospace domain.
- Aerospace project feasibility analysis, opportunity analysis, Aerospace business Roadmap development for Governments ( UK/Australia) and leading Indian companies( Bharat Forge, Mahindra, Sundaram Clayton, BEML, Titan, Gowra Group, Bosch)
- Sourcing of difficult to find parts for aircrafts like Chetak/Cheetah, Sea King, Jaguar, Hawk etc.
- Flight Data Analysis @ 600 flights per day.
- Implementing STC for various modifications in aircrafts
- Developing Airport Organisation ( Kochi International Airport).
- Design, analysis, simulations :CFD,FEA, FENSAP ( Icing analysis),aircraft sizing & performance, Electrical Load Analysis/FWS specification coding, Systems Engineering
- Designing and developing Aircraft Test systems.
- Developing aircraft manuals from scratch ( ALH Overhaul Manual).
