- On time delivery >= 95%
- Customer satisfaction >= 6 on a scale of 1-7.
- Adapt & implement client’s quality, security, productivity, health & safety, employee competency and cultural alignment standards into the company’s best practices.
All our certifications like AS9100, the practice of ACE™ or CEMILAC & DGCA certification, revolve around these four basic objectives.
We also have a stringent training program to train, cross-train and re-train all our employees to meet our quality objectives.
